These terms apply to the WPBlogAI website, software subscriptions, updates and support supplied by Newstyle Print Limited. The exact plan, price, renewal period and number of licensed websites are shown before purchase.

The software

WPBlogAI is a WordPress plugin that helps plan, create, illustrate, schedule and publish blog content. Generated material must still be reviewed for suitability, accuracy, legal compliance and brand requirements before it is relied upon or published automatically.

Subscription, updates and support

An active subscription provides the updates, licence services and support stated for the purchased plan. Unless the checkout says otherwise, a one-site plan covers one live WordPress website. Cancelling stops future renewal; access to subscription services normally continues until the end of the paid term.

Open-source licence

The plugin code is supplied under the open-source licence stated in the plugin files. The commercial subscription covers services including authorised updates, licensing infrastructure and support; it does not remove rights granted by that open-source licence.

Third-party services and charges

WPBlogAI requires a separately funded OpenAI API account. OpenAI usage, WordPress hosting, optional keyword-data services and other third-party charges are not included unless expressly stated. Those services have their own terms and availability.

No ranking guarantee

WPBlogAI can support consistent, structured content production, but it cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales or other commercial results.

Acceptable use

Customers must use the software lawfully, protect private keys and account access, maintain backups, and avoid generating or publishing content that infringes rights, misleads readers or breaches applicable rules.

Availability and liability

Software and third-party services can occasionally fail or change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPBlogAI is supplied without a promise of uninterrupted operation and Newstyle Print Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
