Stopping renewal

A subscription can be cancelled through the customer account or licensing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not normally remove access to the paid term already purchased.

Refund requests

Any refund period or guarantee displayed at checkout forms part of the purchase. Requests should include the order email address, order reference and a short explanation, but must never include a password, payment-card number or OpenAI API key.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights. Refunds outside a displayed guarantee are considered in accordance with applicable law and the checkout provider’s terms.

Technical problems

Please allow us a reasonable opportunity to diagnose a technical problem. Most connection issues can be resolved by checking WordPress requirements, OpenAI API billing, the saved API key and the exact Blog Queue message.
